The RackMaster our robotic welding system for rack manufacturers is a dedicated robotic production cell for welding the entire size range of pallet racking load beams to their end-clips.

FW1X

Our robotic welding solution includes two FANUC robots, and innovative part fixtures that incorporate the concept of parallel production.With two work stations, an operator can load and unload the system on one station while the robots are welding the beams on the other station - reducing the entire cycle time. When the production is done, the Ferris wheel positioner rotates and starts another cycle.

PS2X

Our robotic welding solution includes two or Four FANUC robots,the system is available with our innovative part kicker that automaticly push the beam to the system. The unique gap detection and adaptative welding solution will make sure that the weld is made regardless of your beam lenght. The system can be fully automated with the possibility to pick up the parts from your rool former.
